Empowerment and Safety Workshop
This safety workshop is designed to provide an educational and empowering experience for working women. This program is particularly relevant for professionals who use public transportation, navigate parking facilities, or travel independently for work. The goal is to enhance awareness, support confident decision-making, and provide practical tools in a supported and safe learning environment.

- Basic, practical self-defense moves anyone can learn

Who we work with
We have taught private workshops for groups across many fields, including realtors, visiting nurses, and colleges and universities. More than 200 women at the accounting and advisory firm EisnerAmper joined a virtual Strike It Strong session from four countries.
In person
We bring the workshop to your office, campus or event space, or host your group at our home studio in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Virtual
A live online session works well for remote and multi-office teams. Participants can join from anywhere.
Questions we hear often
Does anyone need experience or a certain fitness level?
No. The workshop is built for beginners and we adjust to the group in the room.
Is the workshop just for women?
The program is designed primarily for women, and most of our groups are women-only. However, we do offer workshops for both women and men. Tell us about your team, and we will shape the session to fit.
How much does a private workshop cost?
It depends on group size and a few other variables. Contact us with the details of your event, and we will prepare you a quote.
Where does the money go?
Strike It Strong is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Workshop fees help us keep community classes affordable and support the Step-Up Fund for women in crisis.
