Strike It Strong Pressroom
Strike It Strong is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers women through practical self-defense classes, safety workshops for businesses and schools, and the Step-Up Fund, which helps women in crisis rebuild their lives. Co-founders Cheryl Squadrito and Nancy Starr held the first sold-out Strike It Strong class in early 2024. Monthly classes now meet at Kempo Martial Arts & Fitness in Cherry Hill, NJ.
